Overview

Classique Auto Spa is an auto-detailing business which was located in neighbourhood of Liberty Village, a little west of downtown Toronto.

The owners wanted to refresh a dated brand to appeal more to their segment of clients in order to build trust, loyalty, and grow revenue

Goals

  1. To transition the existing brand into a premium service.

  2. Attract new customers and reduce churn of existing customers.

  3. Decrease dependancy on the front office for appointments.

Understanding the user

I added Google Analytics to the existing website 2 months prior before any work on the website began. This was to understand the traffic and usage of the site, including the most commonly used screen resolutions, browsers and devices accessing the site etc.

Based on the data, 84% of all traffic was via a mobile device. This told us that a mobile first approach was vital with the new redesign. The site was made responsive and light weight in order to improve loading times.
